Black Sheep Technology, LLC is always seeking to improve on methods and procedures used to build and test the products made available to You. To that end this Returns Policy exists, to aid in furthering efforts to make improvements in providing the highest quality product possible. Return Policy

If, within 14 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund within the exceptions noted below under the Return Products Condition and Custom Product Section below. After 14 days the product may only be returned for credit to be exchanged for another product. Return Product Conditions With-in 14 Days Black Sheep Technology, LLC will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs, if an RMA number is issued within 14 days of the products receipt and provided all other conditions are met as outlined within this return policy. This refund does not apply if the original packaging has been opened and or the product has been altered or damaged. Damage may include physical, or electrical damage, or both. Loss of any originally supplied materials will also constitute damage of the original product. Due to the electrical nature of the products returned, if the product is returned unopened under the above terms in the as-delivered packaging a full refund maybe in order, upon inspection of the returned goods.

After 14 Days If you decide to return a product after 14-days, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for unopened original packaging, the restocking fee will be applied against the credit issued and the balance of the credit will available to exchange for other products. Any product returned that has been removed from the original packaging, upon return the product must be tested for fitness of operation and is subject to a 20% of the purchase price testing charge, plus a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the credit for other products.

Custom Products
Black Sheep Technology, LLC will not issue credit, nor refund any portion of funds paid for custom-built products. Black Sheep Technology, LLC will not issue credit, nor refund any portion therein of professional services rendered in behalf of a custom application. Every effort is made to ensure that a custom built product meets the approval of the customer in question, before any production of that product is authorized. All Custom products and professional services must be paid for in full prior to the shipping of said products, or the release of said professional services. All custom products manufactured and created, or services rendered on behalf of a particular customer, Black Sheep Technology, LLC will retain all rights to use any and all information in the manufacture and building of additional products, or use such information in creating further custom products and in rendering professional services to other customers. Black Sheep Technology, LLC will assume no liability resulting from any third party usage of a custom product or service rendered, including the return of a custom product to said customer.

Limited Warranty
Black Sheep Technology, LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect, Black Sheep Technology, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the product. After 90 days, products may be sent in for repair or replacement, but there will be a $10.00 USD minimum repair fee. If the product damage/repair costs equals the original value of the product you will be notified of such a condition via the contact information you have provided. You may decide at that time to have the item repaired or replaced with a new one. If you decline either option, no charges will be incurred as a result of sending the product back for repair. All Repairs will have return shipping and handling charges added as a result of your shipping instructions.

Disclaimer and Exceptions
The above Limited Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Black Sheep Technology, LLC makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product or custom product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is know or was previously revealed to Black Sheep Technology, LLC or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Black Sheep Technology, LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the use of any product, or information relating to any product shipped.

Outstanding Invoices
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on all invoices past 30 days from invoice date of origination, or accounts payable in excess of 30 days from date of open account purchase. Black Sheep Technology reserves the right, to terminate all business dealings, to refuse shipping additional ordered products, to refuse the issuing an RMA number, if the customer in question has outstanding invoices in excess of 30 days on previous purchases of products, or professional services, obtained though the website or privately via a business to business transaction. Reasonable attorney fees will be charged by Black Sheep Technology, LLC for any action legal action required to collect the sums billed on the invoice.

RMA Number Required for Returning Goods
When returning, you must first call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. After inspecting and testing, we will return your repaired product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to Black Sheep Technology, LLC within 30 days. In your package, please include all pertinent contact information such as, a daytime telephone number, e-mail address and return address desired and a brief explanation of the problem and symptoms experienced.
